Investing in an efficient home has become even more affordable! The new governmental economic stimulus plan offers $1,500 in tax credits toward home efficiency improvements. The Building Doctors provide you with a comprehensive home efficiency treatment plan that can include insulation, air sealing, heating and cooling (HVAC) systems, windows and more. Homeowners who complete the recommended improvements can save anywhere from 20% to 50% on their utility bills.

Through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, the government now offers energy conscience homeowners up to $1,500 in tax credit incentives toward these improvements. This means you can use this credit to help cover the cost of home energy efficiency improvements!

Have questions about how you can use these tax credits to make your home more efficient? Give The Building Doctors a call for a FREE phone consultation at 1-877-411-BLDG (2534).

Consumers who purchase or install specific energy-efficient products in existing homes can receive a tax credit for 30% off of the cost, up to $1,500 for improvements, “placed in service” starting January 1, 2009 ending December 31, 2010.
